Chad Brown

Over three decades, I've built and led companies across hospitality, mortgage finance, and real estate technology, and I currently serve as Co-Founder, President, and COO of Benutech, Inc. I started out in the 1990s launching businesses in hospitality and entertainment services. In 2000, I moved into mortgage lending and real estate, spending the next decade helping build a national wholesale mortgage lending firm from scratch. That decade gave me deep operational experience in risk management and secondary market strategy, skills I still draw on today. In 2010, I co-founded Benutech because I saw an opportunity where property data and technology meet. As President and COO, I oversee day-to-day operations, from software development and sales strategy to customer service and scaling the business for the long term. I'm hands-on by nature and prefer building things directly rather than managing from a distance, which is the approach that has carried me through every venture so far.
