A certified title producer in 38 states and a California-certified real estate agent, Marshall first co-founded net-branching mortgage lender DirectLender.com before moving on to mortgage lending with the launch of bi-coastal wholesale lender IRES Fund-ing. In 2010 he founded Benutech Inc., which builds advanced business systems for real estate professionals. In 2023, he founded EquityProtect, which uses blockchain technology to protect homeowners from title theft. In 2021, Benutech was acquired by Voxtur Analytics and Marshall joined the executive team. Marshall believes that the innovative use of data and analytics has the power to transform the way Americans buy and sell homes.
